Lalibella

Funday Friday!! This weeks adventure took us to Lalibella Ethiopian. Everyone was excited to try something completely new! We loved it! We decided on 3 dishes – the combination plate, Zil Zil and Tibs. The experience of eating with your hands was loved by some and challenged others! We were all amazed by the process of making injera and how many nutrients were in it! As a family we read the informative guide on our table and learned a lot! We learned to say “Thank You” – ameseginalehu from our host!
